Don't know how 'powerful' it is but this is my pokemon team is use in Pokemon Online for general battling (by that I mean the team I use when not fighting in any particular battle-type):

1. Arcanine Lv. 100

2. Snorlax Lv. 100

3. Lugia Lv. 100

4. Hitmonchan Lv. 100

5. Dusclops Lv. 100

6. Alakazam Lv. 100

... Forn general battling, unless I am playing Ubers, I only use /one/ Legendary if any at all because frankly using a lot of Legendaries is cheap and takes a lot of the strategy out of it. If anyone wants more details on this team feel free to ask.
