I'm not that great with art, but here's what I like and don't like.

Like - It's small so I may be wrong, but I see facial expression. That's good.
Not Like - The person's legs are way too skinny. In general it makes the person look thinner than they really are.

Ah, that's your drawing? Its not bad, I like the drawing, I've seen worse drawings, good job

Is this bad? Even as an artist, I can not answer that. Well, I could, but in the end it really comes down to whether or not YOU like it. You can't make everyone like something. You only have control over yourself. If you find this bad, try this:

1. Don't compare your work to others. Comparing your work to others is the easiest way to feel bad about yourself. Heck, if just about anyone compares themselves to da Vinci, they'll feel outshined.

2. Consider this as a growing and learning experience. Everyone grows at different rates and sometimes you just need to put a little more work into it. Remember, learning is experience. Practice, practice, practice!

And most importantly:

3. Have a positive outlook. There is something good to take out of just about every drawing. Personally, I like this. The figure in this drawing is in a dynamic pose and has a definite facial expression. Those aspects make this a very ambitious piece. Just keep practicing. I watch art tutorials, copy other works, and take classes; it all depends on how far you want to go with this.

Even if you do not want to become professional or dedicate yourself to art, just keep drawing. It's an excellent outlet for creativity  

It's not bad, it's just small and the legs are too thin. You draw better than me, so if you're a low life then I guess I am too. Oh by the way, tell him thats a really horrible insult, no really it sucks.

Sounds like this guy just needs to shut up and focus on his  own drawings (if he really is any better). Don't worry about other people's opinion. Good and bad is all a matter of opinion that varies from person to person. It just matters on how you feel about it. My personal opinion is that it is not bad, just that it appears that you haven't been able to branch off to learn some more advanced technique. Given time, you could turn your style into good anime style work.
