I remember playing this game when I was quite young on the old black and white laptop (windows)?
it was a spelunking game were you enter in an elevator there's different rooms including one that you can change the cave layout 
it was a 3d game. one room had like a lizard in a climate control tank where you feed it and mess with the temperature when it was cold he barely came out  to eat and there was like a catch the toast in the toaster game the was room where you could put different gases in a tube to see what colors it lit up like argon and neon and stuff. There was a picture you could go into and interact with the characters and stuff was some ants you put food down then place like a rock in the path and see what they do. Lot of other cool things you could do
idk if anyone could tell what I'm talking about or how too find it but if you want more info or something ask

i think was meant to be a educational game there was like a room where you dropped a rock in a well and measured when the echo came back and how long it took was awhile ago so i could be remembering some stuff a little off but i'm sure if you've played it you'd know what it was?
