PSone games are on the ISO system. ISOs are rather large compared to ROMs, and it would cost too much to have on site. As it is, the ROMs take up a good deal of space.

It would take much more money to be able to fund a PSone collection... although you can go to Get-your-rom.com and download any ISO you want to play. You just need an emulator to play the ISO.
