My biggest fear is probably irrelevancy.

Everywhere I go lately, people appreciate me, and I seem to impact their lives in some way or other. People go out of their way so I can impact their lives. It makes me feel important to people, that I am affecting something in the grand scheme of things.

If that were to change, and I were to be shut out, so I could no longer affect anything, I think that would be my greatest fear.

Am I really alive if I'm not leaving my mark somewhere?

It's selfish, but I want to continue to affect lives.

I'm really enjoying asking you questions. You write a whole lot more than I usually do for a single question.

What would you change about yourself if you could.... it could be something big or small. It could be the ability to do something that you previously couldn't do. Just something you would want to be different. Also, you can't say "nothing because then I wouldn't be where I am now blah blah blah"

It's just how I answer things. When someone asks something, it's because they want an answer. And when they want an answer, it's up to me to give them a detailed answer that will sate their curious mind.

If I could change a single thing about myself, I'd probably make myself more attractive, honestly. As far as my personality goes, I'm happy with who I am. I have flaws, but those flaws are what makes me me. My vanity is both a weakness and a strength, and my arrogance has led to good opportunities. I might be a bit rude more often than I should be, but I think, largely, it's inconsequential.

As for why I'd be more attractive... I'm not ugly by any means, I've had people call me hot on occasion, so I know I'm attractive to some people. But if I were more attractive, I'd feel more confident in myself, and probably have led a much happier life leading to this point. As it stands though, I think I look fine.

I hate when people give "nothing" answers like that, and try to say they'd change nothing about themselves, but when faced with the question yourself, I understand why it is said. It's hard to choose an aspect of yourself to change, because all things have positive and negative sides to them.

For example, if you said you'd like to be less arrogant, you'd have different friends, you'd have different jokes, you'd have a different attitude, and that could impact your personal, professional, and social lives, for better and worse.

If you chose to be smarter? You might have a better career, but your social life might end up taking a massive hit.

You can't change just one thing about yourself, because if you change one thing, it's almost like changing everything. People are too complex and dynamic to have such a "simple" change be possible.

It's honestly a toss up for me. It's either Hilary Clinton or Donald Trump. Both are just so heavily backed by corporate America, super sketchy, and completely off base about the needs and wants of the American people.

I don't know which of the two I find more annoying. On the one hand, Clinton is wrong despite having a husband who was intricately entwined with the presidential position himself (and a good one, financially, at that!), but on the other, Donald Trump is clearly more of a hate-mongering dumbass than Clinton.

If it came down to one or the other, America would be well and truly screwed, without question.

Should Clinton, or Trump win, I think I'd find myself seriously considering finding a way to get out of the country.

I know it's tossed around a lot as a gut reaction/joke by a lot of people who never go through with it. But if everything goes as we've planned (and so far, it has), we'll be able to live wherever we want. And if America becomes a cultural bigoted hateful ignorant wasteland, I won't want to live here.

To say I'd be displeased would be an understatement. I'd be entirely pissed off that we, as a people, found a way to f*** up something that should be unf***upable.

Durarara!!, Death Note, and Code Geass.

Durarara!! is just... amazing. I don't really have another word for it. It takes an ensemble cast, an odd story, and good animation and turns it all into one of the most beautiful series I've ever watched. It's also given me my favorite character ever, Izaya Orihara.

Death Note is another anime that borders on perfect. It's never made clear who is going to win throughout the entire series, and it makes you sometimes question your humanity. Like, you start rooting for Light, even though he's basically nothing more than a serial killer with a misguided world view. But he's relatable, and as a villain, he's extremely likable. The guys after him, for the most part, are likable too. The first season, with L and Light are just intense, and the mold all anime should learn to follow.

As for Code Geass, if you've paid attention to my list, I like anime with well fleshed out characters with conflicted desires, and ones that actually make you think a bit. Code Geass has another great protagonist, Lelouch Lamperouge/vi Britannia, that is extremely relatable.

Lucky Star is the worst I've seen without question. f*** it. f*** it so hard.

Probably follow the mold of Durarara!! with some Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, something crazy with a lot of characters that are fun and easy to relate to.

Yeah, it was interesting, I've already had my first day now. My professors are all crazy.

One for example, my math professor, introduced himself to us, saying, "Now, the most important rule is, when I'm up here, writing on the board..." in a serious tone, followed by this, "and I collapse, you are to come up here, step over my body, and finish the lecture. And at the end of class, let the president know the professor croaked."

He's an old man, so he can get away with that.

I can't say I'm at all affected by the drought right now. Honestly, you could tell me there's no drought going on and I'd believe you. No life is pretty perfect.

I hate moisture, so maybe I just like the idea of a drought.

You say fiscal hell. I've never been more financially successful.

By fiscal hell I meant "taxes are choking people up," but it looks like it doesn't affect you much.
