I do not know all of them off the top of my head, but the game boy one added at least one new enemy(it was in the original's coding, not present in the actual game). It also added 1 more dungeon that contains copies of all of the best accessories. I'm pretty sure that is it, but I haven't played the GBA one in a long time. I prefer the original.
