Aerith was my favourite character in Final Fantasy VII,it's too sad that she had to die ...unfortunately there is no way to resurrect her.

ok here's what i think should happn

Step 1.let her die

Step 2.up,down,left,left,left,up,up,down,down,down,right,up,left

Step 3.turn off system after saving game

Step 4.turn system on

Step 5.start new game

Step 6.play to the moment she dies

Step 7.Watch as she dosnt die and a message pops up and says thank you for saving me and go on the rest of the game with her.

Emerald was really on hard because he had so many hit points. Ruby was the tough one. Ultimate was a bit of a pushover.
Ruby weapon was a b**** to beat! The first time I played, FF7 was really one of the first Rpg's I had played, and I was like, "Why is this thing so freaking hard!!!!!!!!". lol

I can't believe they were dumb enough not to use a friggen Phoneix Down on Aerith. If it doesn't work...TWO phoneix downs! DUH!

Heres one:
When you have to press buttons to do the sword thingy you have to press up,down,up,down,up,down,up,down,up,down,up,down,up,down,
then press o,x,o,o,o,x,x,up,down,left,right
Then Yell "BOB STEVE!" and cloud, Aerith, and Sephiroth will all start to do the chicken dance! After that Aerith will turn Sephiroth into a frog and he'll explode into fairy dust! Then you can do whatever you want on the game now YAY!

Than take them to the man at the Chocobo farm he'll give you a Resurrection Chocobo (it'll be a blood red)
Race this Chocobo in every tournament until he gets to be the greatest champ

lol all the stuff people try to post about reviving Aerith is amazing, I remember one where you could also fight the true ultimate weapon on the moon

im not relly sure what a hack is but cant someone just make a hack where aeris doesnt die. she wouldnt have to be part of the rest of the story but just allow you to keep playing as her.

oh cool. where would i get a game shark? ive heard alot about them but never seen one. it would be cool to continue playing with aeris. it sucks when a character dies like in ff4 where half your team dies or gets sick.

To revive Aeris, be nice to her throughout the game.

After you have beaten everybody(include emerald and ruby weapon),equip clouds apocalypse sword. Put a master leveled Revive Materia in the first apocalypes sword slot. Keep fighting Magic Pots and Movers until the master leveled Revive Materia gets level up to the revive spell. This should take from 800,000 to 1,500,000.You CANT use Gameshark. After doing this, go back to Midgar.Have Cait Sith with you. Look around Midgar until you meet up with some kids.Cait Sith will go with them.Go to Aeris' house.Go to her bedroom and use 4 tissues. After the talking, go to Aeris' church. Aeris' ghost will tell you to go to the place in the ancient city where Bugenhagen took you. Pick up Cait Sith and go there.Go into the place where Bugenhagen took you an press O at the stone. Make sure your Revive materia with the revive spell is equipped. There will be a FMV sequence.Cloud places the Revive materia on the stone. Aeris' voice tells you to go to the church. Go there. Live Aeris will be there. She will say,"Cloud, it is really me." Now you have her back.

NOTE: I got this off a website. And basicly, I have no idea if it works, because I never played FFVII.

I never understood why they couldn't just use a phoenix down. You can get blasted in battle by Ultima, Flare, or even Knights of the Round, and a phoenix down brings you back. But get stabbed once and you're done? Kinda lame.

Seriously though. I wanna hurt Square Enix very badly for making Aerith die JUST BECAUSE SEPHIROTH STABBED HER. Seriously, that makes me sad! And it makes more CloudxTifa fangirls/boys. (I have a thing for best friend couples in virtual gaming thanks to the yaoi fangirls blowing up DeviantArt with AxelxRoxas crap.. )

Okay, in order to keep Aeris alive, you have to activate a little-known glitch that keeps characters from dying. To do it, start on the world map, walk just into town, not venturing any further in. Go to the main menu, select a revive materia, and move it to one of Aeris' slot on her armor. You can't put it on her weapon or the trick will fail. Then, you must go back to the World Map and unequip it from her and move it to Cloud's first armor slot. Then, go back into town, find a store and purchase a single Revive materia. Go to the world map again and start the process of entering and immediately leaving the town over again, only this time, give the materia to second party member's second armor slot. Go back, buy 1 more, repeat steps above once more, and put it in the third armor slot of Aeris. Then, go into town and purchase revive materia and fill the first weapon slot of all other characters not in the main party. Then, enter a wild battle on the map. Get Aeris' limit meter to fill up to max and get the other 2 characters to run out of HP. Let Aeris get hit until her health turns yellow and hover over the revive magic. Let another hit land, and move the cursor to her revive limit(the one she had at the start of the game). As soon as a third hit lands, use the limit, and all characters will be at 1 hp, which can never be taken away if you performed everything correctly. Then, activate the cutscene where Aeris dies, and she will disappear from the main party and be placed with the other inactive characters. You can then swap her back into the main party and continue to play with her AND none of the characters will die, including the inactive party members. Please note that the revive materia can never be removed from any of the characters or it will cancel out the invincibility effects of the glitch for that character.

How about not take her with you, so she doesn't die? How hard is that?

IF i still had that game and I would have done all that!!
then realized that you said that it was still for nothing..

Press- UP,UP,UP,UP, and then press Left,right,down,O,X, and then restart the game. On the title screen there should be a 'Resurection puzzle' button. Select it. It will show a screen like this:

Destroy every single one the dots (One dot equals a token- Instant death on first shot. Goes into a battle with each of them separately). Once you beat them, you will verse a secret boss 'Pope of life'. Once you destroy them, go to any village (Having restarted the game), and you will see a scene with her being ressurected. You will then have a choice of having her in your party or not.

That's what I got.

revive aeris it would be two DEFEAT the chocobo weapon *note* the chocobo weapon is real with using omnislash the chocobo weapon calls all of the weapons UUUUUUHHHHHH NNNNNNOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! aeris will be controlling the ultima weapon on top of its head at this point cloud will be like wtf they will defeated the weapons YAY but cloud will be injured NNNNOOOOOOOOOO aeris and cloud kiss aeris will die AGAIN ARE YOU KIDDING and clouds injuries will heal his love for aeris will bring her back to life YAY cloud and that was the true final battle cloud and aeris live happily ever after :3 and thats how she come back in my opinion

why resurrect her...just do as i did and swap palette between sephiroth and aeris....that way she gets her sweet revenge against sephiroth lol...altho then there is the problem of her wanting to destroy the world to then lol
