I am studying in a French school and really I am very dumb when I  write in french I have a lot of mistakes(orthography, voc.) my notes are like 8/20, last friday I did a synthesis in history about immigration and I had 6/20!!! I am very depressed and worry about my lenguage, please help me I know that reading is a good option to improve my vocabulary but is there any option?

Well I wouldn't call yourself dumb Everyone has a hard time sometimes You just have to study harder and pay more attention.
But question Is french your first langauge or are you just learning it? because It is hard to learn a new langauge I've learned this from experience

To re-iterate what evil/live said, you have to be careful what you tell yourself. If you believe something about yourself to be true, then you will end up living that way. Also, if you are really struggling, talk to your teacher. Ask what it is that you are doing wrong with the notes and assignments. For your notes, go over them periodically to make sure they are correct. Don't let the due date be the only time the teacher has a chance to see your work. Teachers are supposed to help when you come to them with things like this.
