We are getting into 2012 very soon and people are talking about the end of the world thing that would happen in 12/21/12.  What do you think about this? Is this true or not? I don't think it will happen. The reason for 2012 is based off of people misinterpreting a few details or just hearing it from someone else. People say the end of the world was predicted to end in 2012 by the Mayans. The thing is, they did not make an end of the world prediction. Their calendar just never made it past 2012. This was because the Mayans were wiped out. You can't really continue making a calendar after you have been killed.
