I can help you out, Reliance. The easiest way to "summon" another user at a time like this is to click on Reply to Post in the top-right corner of that user's post. You can also summon someone by typing out their username then placing ":" right after it. When trying the second option, you have to know exactly how to spell the person's username.
Here is an example: Awesome-Kid/: I put the / in there to avoid summoning him. Why don't you try summoning him or me? The easiest way to ad someone to your friendlist is to go to their profile page, click Add to Friend List, then click Add Friend.
