Ok, since starting college last fall I've developed frequent panic anxiety attacks in the Spring semester, then this year I just had a bacterial infection (unknown origin) with a viral infection that caused some weird rash for the past 2 weeks. Hopefully I can assume the illness itself is gone, but the rash remains (forever). Now I have some weird hives on my arm or something. And I feel like the 2 wk absence is going to lead some failures anyway. I didn't have these problems at home or in high school. Is someone trying to tell me something or is my luck just that good?

I don't know anything about bacterial infections and things like that, so I will at least ask this. Do you think you might have come into contact with anything unusual? For the viral infection, could you have possible come into contact with someone else who is or appeared to be sick? Concerning the two-week absence, have you talked to your professor(s) about this to get extra time for any assignments?

You seriously need to consider going to online college. Someone at your school is infected big time. I would not go back unless you want more rabies.

AuraBlaze : One of the health care nurses said the bacteria could have even been airborne and i could have gotten from anything. I feel a bit better about having everything all at once since the hives on my arm went away earlier today. I've never had a rash from a virus or allergic reaction to anything before so the fact that both of those things happened within the same month (or even at all) still kind of freaks me out. I feel like I'll never be fully caught up, but professors can't argue the doctor's note--as far as make up work's concerned.

DUDE. I had so much stress my first year. I couldn't cope with my major, the people around me, the travel time, boredom, lack of social interaction, etc. My acne got worse, however, the worst part is the redness left behind. It really isn't that bad, but it's still there and it's really the only thing I'm self-conscious about. However, this year I'm taking classes I really enjoy and have met some nice people. I also have a more positive outlook on everything. I'm happy Hope all goes well for you too as well. Remember, in what ever you do, if it don't feel right, try something else.

Local Mods : I hope this summons works. I was about to post more here since I'm starting to feel a lot of fail going on lately in my life, but I'd rather just close this. Maybe I haven't posted on here enough. others post their problems just fine, but i don't feel right doing it. Reason for summons: Is it possible to delete this thread? Thanks!

Can't really delete it, but I'll close it for you. Just hang in there. Don't stress so much over the work and whatever.
