Well this can happen very rarely maybe be like a coincidence, someone might be observing you for about 30 secs and guess you will just point out your head towards that person looking at you, and you will see him/ her looking at you with a reflection....

Well it isn't so much that I can tell when someone is looking at me, aside from the fact that I can physically see people looking at me. I have really good peripheral vision, so I always notice things out of the corner of my eye. I try to avoid looking back because I really dislike that awkward moment when you make full-on eye contact with a complete stranger. It's especially awkward when you do it once accidentally, such as: when you're in a restaurant, or waiting in line, etc.. and that person keeps making eye contact. Sometimes I really just want to start glaring at that person until they just stop looking over, because I hate it.

I don't think I have a sixth sense, just one of the 5th, Sight.

The only time I ever the any sort of feeling is when someone is actually staring at me and I know that they are. Otherwise, it is just one's paranoia acting up and you need to just ignore it. That is my two cents.
