I've been trying to play Secret of Mana but my pc controller doesn't want to work unless it's at full screen.

Another thing I noticed is when I input the controllers buttons, they seem to change their numbers & even add letters to it. While the controller still works if it's full screen, they have said the buttons are registered as PST, PSL, PPY, PPB or J03, J02, J01, J00, both for the D-pad alone. The J0's should be the correct listings but it switches every time I reopen the emulator & change the input for the buttons.
