You must understand that we try to catter to your every whim in the deli, but when we have only two friers and both are taken up by things u dont want, your going to have to wait. Wow haha seems like you guys have got some unruly customers over there ... I work at wal-mart neighborhood market. I might be just a cart-pusher, but I get more interaction with the customers than anyone else and most of them seem pretty friendly. Of course we do get some unfriendly ones but I still just smile and say "have a nice day!" lol

The whole situation is kinda funny. The customer is either "slow" or was attempting to get it for a cheaper price.

I've never heard of Publix...is "Dear Customer" how you address customers?

And the question remains, did he or she go to subway?
