Ok so I have 3 comps, 2 are PC's (one with 7, and the other XP); and 1 is a lappy with 7. Now the only computer that downloads correctly is my XP OS. The two 7 OS's fail the download and load up two completely different spots. I've cleared all the cookies on all computers, un/reinstalled the plugin, and it still doesn't work! I'm just wondering, is there anything else I can do with the plugin or the computers running window's 7 to make my game download at the right spot? Please and Thank you!

You're not the first person to have an issue with Windows 7 on our site. In fact I think Windows 7 may not compatible in some instances. This isn't an issue on our part but rather with the OS.

tRIUNE :

I just got a theory. You know how Vista and 7 both have the ability to run programs as if they were in an older version of Windows? It's actually called Program Compatibility Wizard. Is there any way to set that up with the plugin on the computer and see what happens?

I think probably not because it's not designed to work on programs that have an .msi file name extension, which the rgr plugin does.

Come to think of it now though, if you were to save while using XP then try loading that save with windows 7, that could be why it's not downloading. But I have no idea why that would be a problem.

I'm sorry we couldn't be of more help.

Since this is an RGR problem, you might get more help if this is in the RGR Forum.
