So recently i got this app called Digsby, its a multi-platform IM client. by that i mean, unlike Windows Live Messenger, it doesnt just support WLM. It supports WLM, Yahoo!, ICQ, AIM, ect. It also Supports MySpace and Facebook as well as a host of Emails, basically anything that allows POP3, Yahoo and Hotmail (YES HOTMAIL!)

Now, i decided to make the MOST of this program and did the following.

Attached Facebook to it. (Had to

Added several E-Mail addresses.

InsaneParadox
Hotmail
Hotmail
Yahoo!
AOL

(Who needs that many email addresses?)

*sigh*

Then i added some IM address...

WLM
AIM
ICQ
Yahoo!
Jabber

Now i probably did go over the top... But meh.

Basically, im reaching out... ovbiously when InsaneParadox is back up it will be advertised there but hey might as well start now eh?

*What really sells it*

So many things... AHH!

Skins (Many customisations from the main window down to a conversation window.)
Ease (EVERYTHING in the one place. Facebook, Email's and IM's)

*Cons*
Very resource heavy... undoubtable im basically running 5 Email Apps, 5 IM Clients and Facebook but still.. to sit around 70K mem usage when not even using it... Including when its minimised to the system tray!

So, the point of this thread is to share if you have or still use it, tell us what you thought of it. Also to get you to try it if you havent (you do require an Private Beta Invite but its easy to get it...) I got mine by sending the quote on the front of the page (something bout emailing them for a PrivateBeta code.) then said "This is me emaling you for my code" and yeah.. easy

Also! Its to (if you wish to) share your IM's that you use... ICQ/AIM/Yahoo!/Jabber. (We've had a WLM one so it can stay there.)

Feel free to PM me yours if you dont feel comfortable posting it here

also, PM me to request mine is acceptable...

You could always just use Trillian. Sure it may not have some of the added Email features and crap, but it takes up a lot less resources and does the basic job of handling more than 1 IM service.
