It really depends on your play style. Ages is more for puzzle solvers & Seasons is more for people who like battling. While I prefer the puzzle solving aspects, I tend to go through Seasons first because it has the Red Ring. That doubles your power without weakening your defense so it makes going through Ages much easier.
