Meh, my highest is 92. Everyone else is below 60, unless they're ubers. Only reason my main is 92 is cause I usually pick a main and do most of my battles with him. Also, I'm not one for strategy, I go for tastes, so I will not hesitate to get owned in record time.

Rare candies dont increase EV's but EV's have a maximum amount... if you're pokemon can get a ribbon from someone in the market in the town with the 8th gym then you've max'd them

my highest (for now) is 62.. i usually stop at 50 cause thats the battle tower level i play on... luckily it rounds down whenever i use the lvl 62 poke

One speed enhancement item (I think it was a quick claw or something) and constantly using quick attack for about a half an hour. Plus, I EV trained it before battling anyway and I pooled the EVS into attack and DEF with those minerals or whatever.

The person who trained it was an idiot. He had all crappy moves like fly (I used dig after it used that) and the other attacks were pretty dumbly chosen (leer, tail whip, and growl).
