I mostly play retro games and don't focus on the threads. But if somebody would be so kind as to teach me how to do the simple things like putting up an avatar and signature. Perhaps I'll be more involved in posting. Thanks for the help. I'd appreciate it. I've looked at all the profile features and still can't figure anything out.

To add a userpic, you need to click on the first Browse button you see and upload a picture of your own. However, I believe you first need to be a Normal Member in order to do so. As for making your own post layout, you need to be a Trusted Member. Refer to this page concerning Powerlevels. If you need any more help, feel free to send me a private message.

Just make some more posts to get yourself up to the member level. I actually never picked out a userpic for myself until today. I have not found a layout I like yet. But I do hope to see you in the posts more often in the future. I was the same way. I played the hell out of the Retro Game Room. But I eventually started posting more, and now I have a real fun time with it. Plus, it increases your level, which will be useful when the Battle Arena feature is finally set up. If you want to seriously compete in that, you will need to post to level up as well as get Viz so you can buy some higher equipment to bring your stats up. Can't wait, but it will be a while.
