The Voting round is over.

It was a little before Dinner, and people wanted to eat their meals, but they were not going to eat knowing their target, UserMike was alive. He begged and pleaded and pointed his finger back to his policy of ask questions first, kill later. He was hoping they could go a day without needlessly killing each other.

It was all in vain though, the mob took turns hitting Mike, and sent him to the gallows to hang.

Kind of a shame really, he was just an innocent bystander.

Now I feel a little bad for sort of randomly choosing someone to be guilty. But I really did suspect him of being in the Mafia a few times. Him and someone else.

The only way to look on the positive side is that the Doctor, Sheriff, and Insomniac are all still alive... whoever they may be.

Killing people randomly is stupid.

If we actually used our heads, UserMike wouldn't be dead.

Unfortunately, I think most people agreed with my pretty lame logic. My theory was so bad backed out. Really, it seems everyone likes to use all their accusations instead of coming up with 1 person that is really suspicious. Disappointing.

Since I can't say anything (as if I'd want to) I'll just point this out.

The rules say you can accuse as MANY as three. You don't HAVE to accuse anyone, and generally a smaller pool yields better results.

I think sometimes all we can do is to choose randomly once in a while, as there may no clue as to who killers are. I myself looking at one person thinking he/she is the mafia and then switching to another. Voting no kill may help out, but in the long run it may be better to accuse someone since there's a chance it may be somebody in the Mafia. Otherwise we'll just be eliminated one by one.

Well, the true strategy is to wait for someone to say something suspicious.

That's the way I've always hammered the mafia, at least.

Although, sometimes mixing things up does help, because now people are more on edge.

the_casualty : That doesn't really work here, since people tend to avoid saying anything other than accusations, votes, or "Oh wow we just lynched a bystander that sucks".

Gotta agree there. For the Mafia to say something suspicious whether it was intentional or not would be stupid. I doubt they'd put themselves out there like that. And because of that, they might even stay quiet for much of the game.
