Yes, the thing is when I'm playing a snes game using vizzed's plugins, its that when I wanna configure the buttons, I press Esc, to enter the menu, and when I tried  to use the mouse to input the button's configuration  it doesnt reflect on the emulator, I mean I cant move the menu's cursor,  I tried to reinstall the plugin again but it didnt make any solution, I hope u guys have a solution to this.

Sounds like it's more of the SNES that's the problem than the Retro Game Room plug in. Don't worry, since it appears a common problem to have. I'd advise using the arrow keys then set the resolution (emulator wise) to full screen. That'll enable the mouse to let you setup the controls.
