I was messing around with my themes today and changed the theme to classic mode I didn't like it so I changed it back everything went back except the bottom toolbar everything else is fine though.Anyone know how to fix this

Try that first.

Otherwise try switching it back to classic then back to whatever you want it as, reboot.

I would say just reboot the computer. You are not going to fix it any other way. Or just shut it off with a hard turn off and then turn it back on.
