I do too, though usually only when I'm bored or if my hands are hurting from typing/playing games for too long. I just interlink my fingers and push down on my knuckles with my fingers. Works pretty well and makes them feel better for a little while.

Well, for me, yes I do crack my knuckles a lot of times. Well, almost every time basically. It makes my hands feel better and less stiff.

Yeah I crack my knuckles because the joints in my knuckles get tight and sometimes cramp so I do crack them to loosen them up and relax the joints.
