In pokemon blue, you can actually teach a kangaskahn fly!
"No Yoshi, that's impossible!!!"
No, it's not. Here's how you do it:

1. do the missingno. trick and catch a missingno.(or an M') and level it up in battle, it won't work with a rare candy.
2. before you level it up in battle, teach it fly.
3. after the battle it evolves into kangaskahn and it knows fly!!!

Note: kangaskahn can change from lv 100 to lv 70 to lv 47, etc.
Note: Kangaskahn can use fly if you transfer it to stadium too. it sorta levitates more than actually flying though.
