Well Vizzed doesn't want to get involved in a legal battle with Nintendo so it'd be best to wait until the NDS has phased out. Since all of the systems currently on here you can't buy anymore, the companies are ok with David having them up. Wait for a year or two, then NDS might be available.

Like the_casualty said, the DS probably wont be seen on here until it is considered to be abondonware, or if the companies are no longer making profit/money in general off of the product. Once DS is no longer supported & is discontinued, then it can be added onto VizzB.

I am highly against the NDS being on this site. We shouldn't bother with it as far as emulators go on this site. It's not needed. I'm all for DOS being on this site, but that is not going to happen. If you want a DS, buy one. A used DS Lite is 70 to 80 dollars where I live.
