Ahh.. I remembered the old days when I did that which was very annoying.

This does not really happen to me anymore, And this never happened to me in the last 6 months, somehow. Well, I am glad that I do not wake up in the middle of the night anymore!

Not too often, actually. I usually only get up if I drink a lot, and have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I am a pretty heavy sleeper.

I don't wake up at all when I'm asleep in the middle of the night because nothing really wakes me up.

I wake up about 3 times a night, once may be during midnight or so or I might toss and turn. Other times because they are early in the morning and it is close to when I wake up and check the time. I have no idea why I have such a hard time sleeping on some days. It can be really bad and I may get little to no sleep at all. Luckily I am going to bed earlier and getting better rest.
