Normally I'd get emulators from Zophar if not from the emulator's site itself.

I use coolrom.com for my emulators and roms because all of it is free and you don't have to have an account and you only have to wait about 7 seconds before you can download

Way back in the day when I actually downloaded ROMs, I used to get them from coolrom, doperom, or emupuradise. And for DS ROMs I used to frequent a website called ndsr.net. It was a fantastic website for finding DS ROMs, but what kept me coming back on a regular basis was the little chat room they had on the side. There were a lot of regulars who would come in and were fun to chat with, but there were also a lot of people who knew what they were doing. It was because of them that I took my DS pirating to the next level and bought an R4.
