okay yes I am having abit of trouble adjusting the controls BUT the mouse on the Zsnes emulater will not move with my mouse thats why Im having trouble I have tried firefox IE9 and google chrome non of these seem to work

Ah... wouldn't be the first time that's happened. Normally the "mouse
not moving" part would be the annoying part to deal with, so just in
case here's a link for that:

However,
your primary concern is to adjust the controls, so I'd suggest changing
its resolution at full screen to enable use of the mouse. Then it's just
config, input, and you're probably good to go... I think.
