All games for n64 that I've tried on this comp had glitched graphics. Lets say there are 3 layers in the game, front middle and back. The usual order is front middle back but it looked like back middle front on my comp its complicated so look at mah pokemons image

Clicking in the window didn't work for me the first time but ill try again

EDIT: I clicked on the screen and nothing happened, I double clicked it and no change. And my right click makes the game UNABLE TO RESPOND not NOT RESPOND. if theres a difference also, i heard theres full screen for n64 maybe that will fix it. but i dunno how to get full screen on
