Long time ago, there used to be a vizzed battle arena system. Users were kind of fighting with each other and the things on the item shop were increasing your stats and giving you better chances to win. But the battle arena system is down for now, and David is working on a new item shop. So right now, the things you've got, can't be used for anything else than ... decorating your profile,lol

But keep in mind that you can sell them on the item shop, so you'll get some Viz back

To be honest, I think that it will take some time before the battle system will be back and have a new item shop. So if I were you, I would just sell them all ( but I would keep the Bible, because I like it as a Christian ). But the final decision is up to you.
