I am looking for desktop recording software, that wont lag when I play games on Vizzed.

Well, depending on what resolution you are running in and how well your desktop can handle on screen recording. Fraps (Costs money) is a good program I use to only record where you want it to record. Simple interface too.

Fraps won't work on java programs sadly. So nevermind.

I also use CamStudio, it can work really easily and can record anything, like audio, microphone voice, etc. It works, even I use it to record my youtube videos.
