*Please note that the TIME OF DAY affects Most of these listings. I do not recall the time for ALL, but most are found at night, the rest usually in the Morning. Day is a rare chance to find rares. Just change your PokeGear and you can easily search any time of day. Super rare ones (birds, Mewtwo, etc) are often high levels, so you can use repel with a higher leveled pkmn at start of your party to sweep out the rares. Good luck, you'll need it.*
Hope this helps. Let me know what I missed for you and if you ever find the last 4. I can't believe you can 'see' pkmn in Battle Tower, but they don't register as seen, so you still can't find them :p
