If you buy a game on Steam, are you able to download Mods for that game? I would like to know because there are several games I would like to download Mods for.

Fullmetaljackie : well steam let me install a mod for halflife which didnt work but i think that was because it was an unoficial game that wasnt installed,it was all stored and run from a folder on the desktop.any game you buy or add to steam_(so long as its actualy installed)modable.i edited the code for a game and it worked.if you scan for corrupted data it restores what it should be though.also dont edit online data, there servers scan you when you play online,if it finds your online data has been tampered with it will kick you, possibly ban you,and restore your data.thats fair enough to ensure that no one cheats.
Yeh,mods work.

Yes, you just have to follow the directions for the mod you downloaded. Every game that is available on Steam and is mod capiable should have a little readme for simple instructions on how to install it.

Some games even come with programs that automatically do this for you. But the game needs to have a good community. Just research!

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
