Some times the screen flashes fast when in partners attack menu (in battle) and when I talked to the stares in the prologue it did not show the words at the same time flashing rapidly. Why is this?

I had that as well, I have some graphic glitches too. I would say its just the rom you are using. Don't really know how to fix this, so its just glitching up.

I had that kind of problem in paper Mario 64 when I was crossing a bridge of shooting stars the screen was flashing different color's it looked like if my computer was crashing
