So basically I was playing Yoshi's Island when I realized that the input was set to default, so I wanted to change it. Usually I would just set up the controls by pressing ESC and then using the mouse to navigate through the emulator menu, BUT THE MOUSE DOESN'T WORK! Before I rebooted my PC and installed Windows 7 (I had Windows XP) it worked just fine. How am I going to do a walk-through of Super Metroid with these c**** controls T_T. HELP!!!

This doesn't always happen to me, but when it does I just change the resolution in the emu menu. You can still navigate the menu with the keyboard. Making the game full screen usually fixes it for me.
