Geo, Cyro, Noelia, and myself have different colors and there is a different story for each one but basically its reserved for people who donate a certain amount and you request it. Most people got it that way or through dedicated work to site. Noelia was first ever female global mod so that is how she got her color.

This is only if you want an exclusive unique color, easiest way to change colors though is to become staff each level of staff either have a special color or special style. For everyone else its based on what casualty mentioned.
