No, the GS part of the emulator isn't a current feature of the RGR Plugin; all you can access is the control configuration, so the GS button doesn't work.

Edit - unless you mean an emulator that you've downloaded. If so, which one?

If your talking about using GS on Game Boy Advance ROMs  then you can but you can't do it on Vizzed you have to download another emulator called Visual Boy Advanced and download any Game Boy Advance ROM and then you can access GS.
