Hello, I am new to emulating in general and new to this site. I am trying to load up The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, and it is on a black screen and all it says is "Starting Emulator". I'm not sure why it is doing this and any help would be very appreciated.

Do you have the RGR pluggin installed?


I've gotten this with some games, but not all of them, even with the pluggin installed. I eventually gave up trying and just downloaded a rom for the game I wanted to play; it chewed my Viz currency out anyways.

Sorry, but you're going to have to find that out yourself. Roms are technically illegal unless you actually own the game yourself (And I think posting such links is against Vizzed rules). Unlike Vizzed, where you are technically renting the game. Roms are piracy. The game I wanted to play I do own, it's just I really don't like playing with the Nintendo 64 controller because I really hate the analog stick. I cannot count how many damn blisters those things have given me in my life.

Also because playing on the emulator gives save state features -- not that I abuse it. I just like being able to save anytime I want, anywhere I want. And my computer screen has HD quality (And is in fact larger then my TV).

The reset button won't come up, as it's held down by chocolate. (It wasn't me -- I swear!) But it works just fine otherwise. It's the controllers that are the real problem for not wanting me to play the actual console. That, and my TV is quite the eyesore.
