Super Mario World Hell works for some people but not for others. Is there anything that needs to be configured in order to tell ZSNES to load up the patch? Also, I can never configure anything in ZSNES, the cursor won't move. I can open up menus with the kb, but I can never change anythin.

I'm not sure about the loading part since speculatively it might be an issue with the plugin, which is currently in maintenance as far as I know.

But for the cursor part, that's a common bug for select members of Vizzed.
