I find this rather odd. If someone was able to hack your account, wouldn't other people be able to get hacked as well? There's been absolutely no reports unless you've given your password away. If someone was able to get your password through other methods, I don't see why you would be the only one targeted.

Also, the sites does go down periodically, or at least it does for me. In fact, I was only able to just get back on myself no more then 3 minutes ago.

Vincent Swiftstrike : even when im online on vizzed a pop up comes up saying ive changed my password even though i was making a post, its happened a few times now and maybe there are others the only reason i was able to get back on was because the password is in autpo login for me atm meaning even if i change my password it just updates also when i try to log in sometimes it says i already am when im not proving theres a hacker on my account.

maybe other people ARE being hacked it took me a while to realise i was i thought my computer was just messing up and changing its password but ofc laptops cant do that iwthout a command and my computers new and virus free im not saying im special but im not lying abuot getting hacked i just want to fix this

POKeMAD :

I'm pretty sure if someone else got a message saying they were already logged in several times, they would be reacting the same way you did. Unless somebody hasn't said anything about it, I'm pretty sure you are the only one so far.

I'm going to feel like a douchebag for asking this (sorry), but have you tried changing your password since this stuff had begun?

Also, have you noticed any changes to your account that you never actually did?

Thirdly, did you get some weird security pop-up in your browser prompting for your account name and password, and did you actually input your information into it?

POKeMAD :

If someone knows your password, would not the best idea would be to change your password to something else so that way said person that knows your password doesn't know your password anymore, and thus would not be able to log in to your account?

POKeMAD :

Considering nobody else has reported being attacked, the chances are pretty low for said person still being able to hack you.

In worst case scenario, set it up as you have it where it auto changes when you logged in so if it does change without your permission nothing bad will happen.

I'm not so sure about tracking someone. Not unless someone higher up can see the IP's of the people who are connecting.

POKeMAD :

I don't think people will really mind. If there's a chance that you are indeed being hacked, it is a more serious matter then following a couple minor posting manners. Kind of like how flashing ambulances are allowed to drive through red lights, I suppose if you want to accept that analogy.

With that said though, unless the situation requires attention again, or someone else posts here as well, I'll be done with here.

POKeMAD :   If you keep changing your password back to the original, that would explain how someone else can keep getting in.  If they know that password, and you keep changing it back to that password, it's no wonder they can keep logging in.  Change your password to a new password you've never used before, and clear your cache and cookies.  On a side note, thank goodness you've changed your layout, but if you could go through and edit every single post you made with that layout it would be appreciated.  You made over 50 posts with that layout, so you've messed up TONS of pages, and there's going to be a lot of work for you, but if you do it someone else won't have to.  Also, please test your layout out next time and actually look at your own posts.

So has this issue been dealt with?  There's a lot of back and forth in here and I don't really understand the end result.

Alright, so it's all good and been dealt with.  I'm going to go ahead and close this thread then since it's been answered, and we don't want people to think there's a hacker targeting people's accounts when it was probably just a cookie grabber or someone you know.
