I'm pretty sure the problem lie's with the involvement with the 1M
Circuit board issue. Because of that problem, in-game saving isn't
possible which leads to using save states instead. And without in-game
saving, you won't be able to move on after being the Elite Four.



Now if this current problem involves the save states, I'm not sure what to say but to talk to a higher-up or experienced person.
