What swimming styles do you like or practice? Front crawl, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly stroke or other likely styles?
I like all these styles but I prefer Butterfly stoke, simply because it is one of the fascinating techniques which uses a whole lot of energy in the process and develops our shoulders very much.  Finally we develop high swimming endurance.

POKeMAD : Well actually am in a club and I enjoy it, I go there every week-end.  Yeah mostly or the main is front crawl, and sure I really think to do Butterfly one should be a lot trained and have well developed muscular arm (with time we get it).

I hate Butterfly. My shoulder still hurts from when we did ten 50's of Butterfly as punishment for leaving the bus trashed.

Breaststroke was my favorite, but I was best at Freestyle (front crawl). My best race was the 500 Freestyle. Most pools are 25 yards long. 500 is 20 lengths of the pool. Lots of fun

Whoever said butterfly is easy obviously doesn't swim it correctly (or at all).  It's a tremendous workout and kills your body when you work at it.  I like swimming the butterfly because it makes my back, abs, shoulders, and arms look really ripped.
