I have a dilemma, I am trying to make a Pokémon team but I have more then
6 I wanna use. Can anyone help me with making this team? Perhaps tell
me what the weaknesses are and how I can fix it or what would benefit it
the most?

So far my team consists of:

Lilligant(Own Tempo)

Cloyster(Skill Link)

Magnezone(Sturdy)

Honchkrow(Moxie[DW])

Here are the Pokémon I am considering.

Gliscor(Poison Heal[DW])

Snorlax(Thick Fat)

Metagross(clear body)

Machamp(No Guard)

Donphan(Sturdy)

Rampardos(Mold Breaker)

Well you didnt say what your team consists of but if it is competitive battling, I'll help you out.

Garchomp or Salamence (I'd suggest Choice Band)
Togekiss (Serene Grace+Body Slam=Pwn)
Blissey (Set up Toxic and Recover with Softboiled against any Special Attacker)
Lucario (probably Jolly)
Scizor(Technician+STAB Bullet Punch is a nice priority)
Rhyperior might be good to set up Stealth Rock and just overpower foes but Mamoswine would work too.

However I'm not a big moveset Wall/Sweeper/Attacker guy. Never been much of a competitive battler, but I'm sure I know someone who could set you up with movesets, natures and the like.

WarpStarFerret : You're good with this kind of stuff. What can you do to help this fellow out?

In 5th Gen competitive battling you should use a Pokémon like this:

Hydreigon: (252 Special Attack EVs, 252 Speed EVs, 4 HP EVs) (Move set: Outrage, Hyper Voice, Fire Blast, Rest.) (Item: Chesto Berry)

You need something that resists Fire/Fighting combinations. There are some that can so far wreck 3/4 of the Pokémon you chose. Infernape is quite a popular Pokémon.

ignavusd : Yes but with Blaziken banned to the Ubers and Emboar being too slow to use competitively, the only real threat would be a Mixed Attacker Infernape. Which Gliscor could take care of rather easily.

I realized this and that's why I suggested a Pokémon that resists it. Besides Emboar is so useless competitively it isn't funny. Infernape is an amazingly strong Pokémon when played right, and you need to expect one on non-Uber teams. We are on the same page

First of all I would recommend a fire type Pokemon, perhaps an Infernape or Blaziken.
For your last Pokemon I would recommend a Pokemon that has Toxic and Protect because Protect will make Toxic last longer and deal more damage to your oponnent.
