I think this fits more to Computer / Programming / Technology-software, so I'll move it there.

As for a music editor, I use Nero Wave editor. But I don't need a very good program, just some trims here and there and a few minor changes. So I'm not sure if it's good enough for what you want to do.

I have NOT tried any of them. So you'll download them at your own risk >.> But from a quick glance at some reviews, they seem safe and easy to have a simple job done
