I need help every time I try to play Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time  all I see is a White screen and a black box on the side, don't know what the F to do!!! HELP!!!

Dude try cleaning the cartridge with a Q tip and some rubbing alcohol that get it up and running pretty well and if it seems not to work buy it on the Virtual Console.
