Well, Im not wondering, im telling people who dont know.
A bitmap image, when streched, gets all pixelated. This is because the pixles themselves have to get stretched.

Solution.
Vector graphics. I like to make them in flash, you know.. because its all flashy and stuff. From what I understand of vector graphics, its not a location and color of a pixle that is stored, but more of a mathematical equation of where a line goes.
So when stretched, (even to 100000% on the edge of a circle) will still remain smooth.

Neato ay?
