Sorry to be a downer, but video game movies never do very well, excepting movies like Tomb Raider with serious T&A.
Zelda games are all about the experience and that would never translate to the movie screen. One of the best parts of Zelda games are continuously attacking the cuccos(might be spelling that wrong) and dying for it.

I'm Surprised they haven't made a movie yet. They are running out of ideas for movies so fast that they will make anything into a movie. I would love to see the movie if it was done right. But the odds of that are slim to none. At least there's still the one season of the TV show from 1989.

I think they should make a Zelda movie, but I don't think Nintendo will officially make one.  Because there are so many different stories, from each game, they would probably make a movie about one, or at least I would hope they would.  Also, Nintendo and TLOZ have this weird thing when they never give any characters voices, because they want the gamer to think of it.  I really don't know how the plot would be able to work too, how would link change in the end of the movie?  They SHOULD make one though, but I don't think they will.  The only movie that Nintendo has made is the Animal Crossing Movie, and that only may be available in Japan...  I don't even know if it's official.
