Alright, so here's what happened. I was searching for FEEBAS on route 119 for 5 hours and I was ready to scream with frustration. I figured I would give myself one more hour (I have game boy player and set it to 60 minutes) RIGHT after I set the 60 minutes, a healthy level 35 female FEEBAS popped up in my face! I was so thrilled and now I'm raising it to become a MILOTIC. After 7 days of searching and fishing over 1,200 times, I finally found FEEBAS! (Also, the same day, I captured Latias!)
