This one of a few games I have wanted to play but wouldn't work. When I try playing it what it keeps on saying is 'File failed to run'. Now it has started to irritate me so I would like to ask you for some help.

The problem might be related to the site maintenance then.  Try BNuge's solution again, by deleting all the files titled the same as that game, and try it a couple times, if it still doesn't work try back every other day or so until the site is fully functional with all the kinks worked out.
