Everytime I try playing it keeps saying cannot open file, unsupported file type, then file run failed.I can play other GBA games just fine I just can't p;ay this one does anyone know how to fix this?

I read the part where it shows how to fix this error but for the 2nd step (the my computer address bar part) I tried it and it said windows can't find it.

I checked the spelling multiple times and entered my user account name correctly.
